As an HR Officer, you will be an integral part of our team, playing a vital role in managing employee relations, recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

In this role, you will act as an HR Generalist, supporting positive employee relations by addressing queries, managing grievances, and resolving conflicts effectively. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to screening candidates and conducting interviews. Additionally, you will be in charge of ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.

It will be your responsibility to uphold HR policies and procedures within the school community. This includes updating and implementing HR policies as needed to foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and respect among staff members. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements by keeping accurate employee records and handling HR reporting efficiently.
