The Finance Manager – Business Process will be instrumental in revolutionizing EKFC's financial functions by identifying inefficiencies, automating routine tasks, and optimizing financial workflows. This role entails conducting thorough process analyses to streamline existing financial processes, enhance efficiency, and improve data accuracy. The successful candidate will implement cutting-edge automation solutions such as accounting software, robotic process automation (RPA), and artificial intelligence tools to minimize manual intervention and potential errors while ensuring seamless technology integration.

Key responsibilities include ensuring consistency of financial data across systems, adopting new financial technologies for operational enhancement, reducing costs through automation strategies, and establishing compliance measures to safeguard financial data. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field along with a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA. A minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, expertise in business process re-engineering, Lean/Six Sigma Green belt certification, and extensive ERP implementation knowledge are required.
