**Job Description:**
As the Plant Director, your main responsibility will be overseeing plant operations to ensure the efficient production of goods that meet customer demands. You will manage scheduling, manpower allocation, and machinery utilization to achieve operational goals within budget constraints. **Key Responsibilities:**
