We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager 3PL to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in contract logistics within a reputable 3PL company. The primary focus of this role will be expanding our market presence in warehousing solutions by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify client needs, preparing compelling presentations and proposals, negotiating deals with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The successful candidate will also provide regular reports on business development activities and market trends to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, at least 5 years of experience in business development within the 3PL industry, and proven expertise in managing cold and ambient storage solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is required.
