Reporting to the Sales Channel Manager, the Sales Service Manager plays a crucial role in providing sales and services to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to negotiate contracts effectively, and respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs. They will also be responsible for resolving complex sales and service issues, ensuring high-profit margins for the company.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Service Manager include providing after-sales services, building strong relationships with customers through follow-up services, leading sales professionals to identify new opportunities, analyzing competitor products and services, and making strategic changes in sales strategies.
