Regional HR Manager - EMEA

We are currently seeking a Regional HR Manager for our EMEA region to join our dynamic team at Canonical. In this role, you will report directly to our Global Head of HR and play a crucial part in supporting our continued growth plans. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our HR function by leading a team of HR professionals in providing precise, compliant, and scalable HR operations across the entire employee life-cycle. You will work closely with senior leadership in your region to advise on HR issues and drive high performance through talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding processes, and engagement initiatives.

As the Regional HR Manager at Canonical, your responsibilities will include leading and scaling the regional HR team (with 1-4 direct reports depending on the region), ensuring timely delivery of precise and compliant HR operations with a focus on accuracy, collaborating closely with Talent Science and Workplace Engineering teams to streamline processes across all HR regions, and taking ownership of key HR processes that contribute to building high-performing teams. You must have an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data trends effectively.
