Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals.
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to maximize their potential.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships and expanding our market presence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive strategic decision-making and stay ahead in the industry.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a successful sales leader with a minimum of 13 years in a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team to perform at their best.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategic mindset, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and a track record of making data-driven decisions.
