**Job Description:**

The Customer Finance Manager will report directly to the I2C Senior Manager and play a crucial role in providing commercial finance support to the customer development and marketing teams at Kenvue. As a true business partner, you will be responsible for influencing and shaping the commercial direction of the business by creating a strong control environment for trade spends across various markets. Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role. Key responsibilities include supporting the Customer Development Director and Finance Lead, leading customer teams during quarterly forecasting and annual budget processes.

Moreover, this position involves developing pricing strategy and tiering across markets and channels as part of our Revenue Growth Management initiative. The successful candidate will have extensive engagement with distributor partners across the region to ensure effective financial support for customer-focused initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial finance or related field, experience in managing trade spends and pricing strategy is preferred
