As the Senior Manager of International FP&A for Orveon within Chalhoub Group, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the International Commercial team to drive strategic financial planning and analysis for markets outside North America. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Global FP&A Go-to-Market, you will be responsible for developing budgets, forecasts, and strategic business plans while identifying opportunities to enhance business profitability. Your role will involve monitoring P&L performance and analyzing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with local partners to provide actionable insights for improving business outcomes.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as the Chief Revenue Officer, International Commercial teams, and other business function leaders to support business transformation efforts within Orveon. You will also work alongside the Executive Director of Global Supply Chain FP&A and the broader FP&A team to ensure alignment and develop cohesive financial strategies. Your responsibilities will include actively driving business performance through insightful reporting, accurate forecasting based on trends and drivers, budget management in coordination with the Head of FP&A, setting agendas for reviews across the business, defining appropriate Financial KPIs with senior leadership, and overseeing the International Financial Reporting System.
