Reporting directly to the Finance Head with a dotted line to the Director of Finance, the ideal candidate for this role must possess expertise in MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting, Bank guarantees, LCs, and VAT experience. It is crucial for candidates to have hands-on experience in these areas as mere oversight will not suffice. Additionally, construction/Fit out industry experience is mandatory for this position.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include preparing monthly and annual financial statements for UAE and KSA entities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department. This includes overseeing accounts payable/receivable processes, advances paid/received, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations with debtors, creditors, and group companies.

The ideal candidate holds a professional qualification such as CA/ACCA/CPA with preferred experience in SAP, Hyperion, and Power BI.
