We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our expanding business in the UAE & Iraq region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records within a SOX Compliance framework. This individual will collaborate closely with Commission Leads and Finance Leads to ensure timely and precise reporting of Management Accounts, Financial Packs, and Revenue Forecasts. Additionally, the Finance Manager will play a crucial role in managing Project Profitability through project accounting expertise and overseeing cash flow management.

The successful candidate must be a Qualified Accountant with qualifications such as MBA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent. With over 10 years of post-qualification experience and at least 3 years of team management experience, the Finance Manager should possess strong leadership skills to engage effectively with senior management. Knowledge of GCC tax laws and SOX compliance governance is advantageous but not essential. This role requires excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders effectively.
