Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager at Algihaz Holding will be responsible for establishing metrics and standards for Projects Operation, delivering financial objectives, supporting the Business Development team, overseeing operational aspects of company strategy, executing necessary partnerships, managing communications with stakeholders, developing trust with customers, qualifying AlGihaz Co for tenders outside Saudi Arabia, enhancing business development processes, providing effective leadership, driving continuous improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and at least 10-15 years of experience in Business Operations with Saudi Electrical Company experience.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales roles within the construction or real estate industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• 10-15 years of experience in Business Operations with Saudi Electrical Company experience
