As an integral part of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

As an HR Coordinator at Raffles Hotel Jeddah, your responsibilities will include supporting the full-cycle recruitment process by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating new hire onboarding. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS system, assisting with payroll processes, and coordinating HR events, training sessions, and employee orientation programs.
