We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Officer to join our team. Reporting directly to Financial Control, M.E., you will be responsible for executing various finance-related tasks such as Financial Accounting, Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Group Re, Planning, FinOps, and Performance Management. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all financial procedures are carried out efficiently to meet key business objectives while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

As a Financial Reporting Officer at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, your duties will include performing close ledger tasks like accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and journal postings in compliance with local and Group standards. You will also be tasked with preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing VAT returns and tax-related activities, conducting financial surveys and data analysis, reconciling bank statements and balance sheets, as well as preparing tax returns and supporting workpapers. Additionally, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to accounting processes aligned with Group regulations while recommending procedural changes for enhanced efficiency.
