Nestlé, a global leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Jeddah. As an HRBP at Nestlé, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the People Agenda within the category/function, working closely with the cluster HR Head. You will act as a People Co-Pilot for the functions/category lead, driving the cluster people agenda in collaboration with relevant HRBPs.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the Cluster People Plan by shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with the business plan. You will utilize people data and analytics to support all people processes and key performance indicators for the category/function. Additionally, you will drive organizational design and structure improvements to enhance performance, manage organizational transformation projects effectively, and ensure alignment with local needs to support Function/Category OPP.

Furthermore, as an HRBP at Nestlé, you will focus on fostering a high-performance culture by empowering line managers to deliver key people practices related to performance management, talent development, and succession planning. By attracting, developing, and retaining key talents necessary for current and future business needs, you will contribute to building a strong foundation for success within the organization.
