As the Group CFO - Chief Financial Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic direction and guidance in all areas of accounting and finance within the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the preparation of financial reports, credit control, purchasing, data management, food & beverage cost control, and coordination of accounting activities. You will be responsible for managing relationships with external professionals such as government agencies, banks, lawyers, insurers, auditors, tax advisers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Key areas of focus for this role include ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial and management reports in compliance with quality standards and company requirements. You will also be responsible for verifying and signing company documents to ensure proper processing and authorizations. Additionally, you will oversee risk management activities by reviewing potential risk exposures of the company for insurance coverage, consulting with insurance brokers on risk evaluation and adequacy of policies.
