Key Responsibilities:
Establish a comprehensive guide for team consistency in approaching new business.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.
Coordinate weekly lead-proposal coordination group and senior new business calls.
Conduct ongoing market research to identify and prioritize new market countries for engagement.
Develop concrete engagement plans, encompassing stakeholder mapping, RFP identification, and Provide insightful analysis and recommendations for exploring new opportunities.
Utilize CRM to build, track, and maintain a dynamic database supporting all new business activities.
Collaborate with practices and account leads to guarantee a comprehensive and updated contact list.
Devise a strategic plan to expand the partner network and unlock new business opportunities.
Prepare enhanced credential decks for partner meetings and coordinate follow-ups.
Monitor emerging trends in business development and propose creative initiatives for revenue growth.
Drive the implementation of new revenue-generating projects and initiatives.
Oversee all systems related to new business, including Dropbox, emails, trackers, and progress reporting.
Ensure the seamless management and coordination of new business processes.
Skills:

12-15 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in the Gulf.
