Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and personable Restaurant Managers to lead some of our leading home-grown and stylish brands. Ideal candidates for these roles will possess a passion for food and beverage industry with the ability to create the ultimate guest experience. Key responsibilities include driving revenue, profitability, maintaining quality goals for our chic homegrown brand. Daily tasks involve ensuring efficient restaurant operations while upholding high production standards in terms of productivity, quality customer service delivery.

Key Criteria Required:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of full-service fine or casual dining restaurant management experience with a preference for experience within homegrown brands. Educational qualifications in restaurant or hospitality management are essential along with excellent communication skills in English & Arabic. A proven track record of meeting set targets coupled with exceptional customer service skills is crucial. Extensive knowledge of the F&B industry including regional best practices and management techniques is necessary. Strong financial acumen is required to build revenue strategies effectively.
