Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house operations at a well-known F&B group in Dubai. This includes leading and motivating staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing reservations, monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and maintaining compliance with company standards and industry best practices. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of UAE experience in a high-end restaurant setting, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences while adhering to all relevant regulations and policies.

• - Experience working for a licensed venue is required.
