Our client, an Italian restaurant based in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house functions, ensuring smooth operations from opening to closing. You will also be responsible for managing reservations, addressing customer concerns, and upholding service standards to ensure a superior dining experience for all patrons.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will be tasked with monitoring budgets, controlling operational costs, and managing inventory of food, beverages, and supplies. It is essential that you ensure compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations as well as company policies and industry best practices at all times. The ideal candidate for this position will be open to European nationalities, aged 40 years old or below, with at least 3 years of experience working in a high-end restaurant in the UAE. Immediate joiners will be prioritized for this role.
