Our client prides itself on offering a sophisticated blend of traditional and contemporary cuisine in a stylish setting. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service, staff management, and quality control. Your responsibilities will include monitoring financial performance by adhering to budgets, controlling costs, and tracking revenue. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations while managing inventory levels through ordering supplies and controlling stock.

The ideal candidate for this Full-Time position should be a male aged 38 years old or below with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates from Russian, European, South African, and South American nationalities are welcome to apply. The salary offered is up to 13K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and service charge.
