As the VP of Engineering, you will play a crucial role in setting the technical vision for our company. Responsibilities include building, mentoring, and scaling a top-tier engineering team; defining and executing technical strategy aligned with business goals; overseeing architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge software solutions; implementing engineering best practices such as DevOps and Agile methodologies; driving innovation while balancing speed, stability, and long-term scalability; fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning; establishing key engineering metrics for operational excellence; and attracting, retaining, and developing world-class engineering talent.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles. They should have proven success in scaling high-performance teams, expertise in cloud platforms and modern tech stacks, experience in fast-paced startup environments, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices, exceptional leadership skills with strategic thinking abilities. Candidates should also have a track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering leaders.
