As the Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be the primary customer interface responsible for developing business and managing relationships with specific customers. Your role will involve understanding the customer's business drivers and organization to effectively communicate the value that Honeywell brings to drive real business outcomes. You will act as a business partner to the customer, establishing a defensible barrier against competitors while maximizing the business potential of your assigned accounts. Additionally, you will champion the customers' needs within the organization and work closely with the Management Team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include developing territory and opportunity plans, creating customer-specific pursuit plans, and conducting annual customer-facing business reviews. You will be tasked with driving growth through new opportunities within existing accounts as well as acquiring new accounts to exceed set quotas in support of the Annual Operating Plan. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong negotiation skills in complex account scenarios to achieve mutual agreements that drive orders growth through breakthrough initiatives.
